Today I saw for the first time Dr. Rudolf Cisco (Podiatrist), and he's an amazing doctor. Friendly, caring and explains everything in details. His staff also are amazing, friendly and caring and explains as well things with details. Very clean clinic. I recommend Dr. Rudolf Cisco to anyone.

I visited the office staff on the first day the office transitioned over to a new system. It was a bit chaotic and nothing was running that day, but I was understanding since I knew that companies occasionally go through growing pains. I normally don't have a copay because of a PCA account I have, but their systems were down so I paid the copay just to satisfy the office lady. My date of service was 03/14 and my insurance sent me an explanation of services on April 25 that detailed their payment to Village Podiatry . I called them up to ask for a refund of my copay since they were paid this amount twice, and I was told that it took 30-45 days for insurance transactions to appear in their system. I waited until April 28th and called them back about the refund. The billing extension wasn't working, but the lady in the front office sympathized with me and told me she would forward my information to someone in billing. I gave them a week to respond, and I heard nothing from them so I called again on May 05. Their billing extension was working that day, and I talked to someone in billing. Since I did not have a remaining balance and therefore no account statement, they could not find my information in the system. The billing specialist took my information and said that someone would e-mail me with the refund information. Wednesday May 10 is here, and I still haven't heard a thing. I called the front office, and the billing extension has disappeared yet again. I talked to the lovely sympathetic women in the front office who gave me the customer support number. The billing specialist could not find my information (surprise) and had to send me to an escalation specialist. The escalation specialist said that my information wasn't input into the system or sent to billing until April and thus the 30-45 day period had not yet passed. She took my information and assured me that I'd be getting a refund within 2-4 weeks of them receiving my insurance stuff. How is it that my insurance sent me an explanation of benefits on April 25 and this place still has zero information on me? Why is my refund date so ambiguous? I'll get a refund between 4 weeks from now and my eightieth birthday apparently. I have never in my life been more frustrated or upset by an experience I've had at any doctors office. I have been disregarded and ignored by the billing staff and my entire account has been severely mishandled. The only reason I gave this place two stars was because the doctor was nice and the lady at the front office was nice. Severely disappointed by this office in all other regards.
