Great staff here! The Dr. I saw was very knowledgeable, had a great bedside manner, and listened to what I had to say. He took the time to make sure all questions were answered and I had no other concerns.
As a new patient, the facilities were very nice & Dr. Angel was extremely compassionate & helpful. My pain was severe and the staff did a great job at making sure they found the problem & relieved my pain.
The whole staff is wonderful their attitude, their behavior and all in all is so positive which makes you think they are your long time friends. The service rendered was remarkable. I give them 5 stars for the service
I will say the Dr was very nice and professional. My visit and exam with him was fine.
First visit. So far so good. I very rarely give 5 star reviews. Don't want to take away from their determination to improve.
I am 100% satisfied with the service and I thank God that I am being treated by this institute which has such a well experienced staff.
today on 04/14/2017 i arrived in ENT office 20 minutes ahead of time and i astonished when i was immediately called in. it was awesome because i did not have to wait at all. the doctor, the nurse and even the staff at the window, all of them are so kind. their smiley faces make you forget your pain. the treatment is very satisfactory.
When I walked into the waiting room I almost immediately turned around and left. It was so unprofessional!!! Cheap plastic chairs; tile floors, and no windows, etc just a very cold waiting room. I have never been to a Dr's office that felt so trashy. I will say only seeing one person there and the way I was feeling about the whole experience made me feel I had made a very bad choice in choosing this practice. The staff was very nice but so unprofessional! Their appearance and communication was indescribable!
I will never go back nor would I recommend the practice to a friend. Nothing about the entire experience would make me return.
