I searched everywhere for a 3.8 Hyundai Genesis Coupe in my price range and Rocket Auto Group had it. I called the dealership and I spoke with Kacey about checking it out. I set up a time the next day to see it and when my wife and I got there, the car was away getting a new coat of paint. It was crazy, we drove over an hour away so he could tell me it wasn't there. Kacey is a smooth talker and good salesman, but HE'S NOT HONEST! They purposely get the hard to find cars and price them under the market, but all sales are "AS IS" and "Final", so buyer beware. I had to drive to the paint shop to see it. After arriving back home, Kacey told me that the car was conveniently finished getting painted, but the window regulator needed to be fixed. He said that he had a technician fixing it. We worked out a deal for him to drive it down so I could test drive it and check it out some more. After driving it and checking out more of the features, we negotiated a price that we could agree on. 3 weeks later the window regulator stopped working and the check engine light came on. The mechanic told me the window regulator was bad and the exhaust had a leak. The repair bill was over $900. I have tried multiple times to get the dealership to refund me any portion of the money, to no avail. So, my point to you is beware this dealership. It's like rolling the dice here. It's all about the sale here and once you buy, your on your own.
I don't have a problem with the sales person I have a problem with ownership. My wife and my future daughter in law went there to find a car, they test drove a 2006 Jetta and the car drove very good. The purchased the car and that's when the nightmare started.
Bottom line, they still won't return the money, don't have a car and they have no clue how to fix this car. I have been lied to so many times I can't count. I wouldn't recommend anyone deal with the group.
Nice lot, nice service and the owner keeps his word. I traded a Nissan Sentra and got Benz E350. Great banking offers and overall a good deal. I’m really satisfied.
Listen to the bad reviews, because that's exactly how things happened with my experience. It really is not worth it. There are so many more car dealerships out there that have great service.
After 4 returns, supposedly a transmission change we picked the car up. Ran good for 2 days then it started again. Took it back, they drove it said it was fine, I drove it, got the transmission warmed up and it stuck in gear. Drove it to the mechanic so he could see. Got looking under the car and the transmission has a huge dent in it, leaking where the gasket is damaged.
Like you see in the other negative reviews, they don't do emission test.

Make sure you make them do an emission test on the car. It's illegal to sale a car in the state of GA without an emissions test!
Bought used auto from this dealership in August 2017 and I am still waiting on them to send information to my TAG office to receive my tag. I haven't been able to get in touch with the owner, EVER! And the sales rep Kacy keeps giving me the run around, he's a smooth talker but really not much help. When driving home, I also had issues with the vehicle. The check engine light came on and after further research it was because it needed new spark plugs which cost me 350.00 to replace. I have also had to replace the windshield washer fluid reservoir, the radio, 2 broken window motors, new headlights and the tail gate. Do NOT expect them to fix anything that is wrong with the vehicle, they WON'T. Their mechanic doesn't know anything about repairs. BUYER BEWARE, vehicles are bought from an auction, you get what you pay for!!! SO TICKED that I didn't go to another dealership for a better truck and/or spent a little extra for a Ford mechanic to inspect the vehicle before I bought it!!
Please DO NOT listen to bad reviews. People should realize that this is a used car dealership. They offer the option to get the car you like checked by your own mechanic. anyways, these people offer outstanding service and their selection of cars is amazing. I did not expect that I would be able to drive home a BMW. I love the car, love the power and I DID buy the warranty.
She has owned the car for over 25 days and has gotten to drive it about 2 days total. After she drove the car home she told me it was doing something strange, slamming into gear. I drove the car and sure enough the transmission was bad. Next morning got up and drove the car in and it was fine so I took it out and got the transmission warm and then the bad shifting, stuck in gear and other things started. I asked for her money back and couldn't even have a conversation with the owner. Also the check engine light came on.
