I purchased my vehicle at the Woodstock location this week. I would say that the sales people were typical car salesmen but the overall experience was great. The facility was amazing and the indoor play area kept my children occupied during my purchase. The transaction was extremely quick and painless.
Jamie Maxie did an excellent job making my wife and I feel comfortable during our car buying experience. She never made us feel like we were being pressured into making a decision.

I use the services of Carriage Kia ... and I do not even own a Kia! I do own a Hyundai and for many years the vehicle was serviced at that dealership. However, personnel changes and a poor service experience led me to the doors of Carriage. I am glad I made the switch! Andrew Aycock and the service department at Carriage Kia had my Hyundai properly serviced to maintenance plan specs and back to me in one day (that other dealership took two or more days for the same work!) And Andrew made certain that every service item was explained, discussed, and priced so that I could make the decisions that I needed to make for me and my vehicle.
