Service Man was more interested in clocking out than to answer a quick question. Completely ignored me. Very rude. I'll never go back
Had a great experience getting a family vehicle here. We got a Pilot last December during a special used car extravaganza. The staff and managers were so friendly, which was surprising since the lady who answered the phone seemed to be really upset I interrupted her solitaire game. If you can get past the dry, unpleasant experience with that lady, you might find the right car like we did.
Great place to get a car. Our salesman, Brad, was great. Came out and asked if we'd like to browse in peace. We ended up buying a 2018 Accord EX-L from him.
Visited the showroom today. Explored a vehicle - sat in the front, sat in the back, opened the hood, walked around the back...was on the floor for at least 20 minutes. Every salesperson was sitting at their computer desks near the front windows - mostly having conversations among themselves about the day, the coffee, whatever. No one ever said hello, no one ever asked if we were being helped, no one ever made eye contact. Big mistake. Probably a $40,000 mistake. I'll not be back.
I can’t Complain a whole lot but I do have a few complaints about them. I’ve had to jump the car I bought 5 times the past two months. The first time almost 4 days after purchase. I know a new battery will fix that but I shouldn’t have to worry about that on a car I just forked our 18,000 for. Plus with payments money is a little tight. Also. After the first wash quite a few paint imperfections came out on the hood. I don’t know why they weren’t visible before but that was definitely a little frustrating.
