Horrible people! So rude! We brought our dog in with a huge cut in his nose that was spurting blood and the lady at the door seems so annoyed that we were even there. She literally said “I dunno what you think we can do about it but whatever.” Told is how much it would be to see the doctor (I think she expected us to leave after that) and we just stood there staring at her like “yes, we’ll pay it. There is blood gushing from his nose, please help him.” Everyone was terribly rude except the actual doctor when she came in.
SO I HAVE NOTHING NICE TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!
WORSTTTTTT PLACE TO TAKE YOUR BABIES! Please, DO NOT go to these people!!!! These people do not care one bit about animals! I told this “doctor” he shouldn’t be there because doesn’t care one bit about anything but money!!!! This place is a joke, STAFF is a joke!!!! Wouldn’t go back here If it was the only place available for me!!! Btw one star is way tooooo many!
SO YES SHE DIED AND MY KNEES HIT THE FLOOR.
I have had to use them twice now. This last time was for eating raisins. I knew they were dangerous but the vet took the time to explain everything to me. I am an ER nurse so I have some understanding, however he put it in perspective of animals so I understood what could happen to my girl. I work nights so my son took her in, the vet called me an explained everything to me over the phone. The vet was very polite and patient with me. The staff is wonderful. I feel very comfortable and at ease with them and the care that they provide. They take the time to make sure you understand everything and answer any questions you may have. I am so thankful for them and their staff. So glad they are there when I need them. I have read most of the negative reviews and simply disagree with them. Emergency medical care is expensive and people should understand that. It's a specialty and not every one is cut out to do it. Thank you An-emerge for all of your care and compassion. I will continue to take my animals to them when needed.
11:00 at night they agreed to look at our bunny who had pregnancy complications (we unwittingly got a pregnant bunny)
Absolutely recommend.
They were so kind to us, spent hours trying to figure out how to help us, ran several tests including exrays - and then discounted our fee since my 13 year old was paying the bill.
ONE SHOT TO COUNTER REACT A WORM MED ACCIDENTAL OVERDOSE IS ALL SHE NEEDED WHICH WAS $80 + THE VISIT WHICH I HAD. THEY KEPT HER WHILE DEMANDING $300 FOR TEST AN DID NOTHING WHILE I WAS OUT GATHERING THIS MONEY. WHEN I GOT BACK WITH THIS MONEY SHE WAS STARTING TO SEIZE AND THEN THEY WANTED $1300 TO HELP HER. MEAN WHILE THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP MY BABY.
They were open in the middle of the night is why i gave them a star.
Never again will i take any of my 4 legged babies to them. THEY KILLED MY LITTLE DOG!!!!
THAT WAS MY BABY. SO THEN THEY WANTED MORE MONEY FOR A BOX SO THAT I COULD TAKE HER HOME PLUS THEY CHARGED ME MORE FOR KEEPING HER WHILE I WAS OUT LOOKING FOR MORE MONEY....
AND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME FOR A BOX TO TAKE HER HOME IN.
It was obvious that their heart was in it and I would trust them with my dogs more than any other vet Ive met....and thats saying something because we've been with our regular vet for more than 10 years!
