Not the best location. Parking is terrible. Selection is not worth the stop. At best, this is somewhere close I can go to buy new converse.
I just walked out to do an exchange and a friendly and well mannered gentleman named Esteban helped me and I could give him a 5 stars. But the reason I'm giving one star is because as I was trying to get inside the store I was having a hard time trying to get in with my stroller and getting the door open at the same time , while the assistant store manager was in front of me watching me struggle and did not help me hold the door she was standing by the door watching me struggle and then just walked away and once I was in asked me how could she help me I was very disappointed. We are business owners of 2 businesses and customer service , respect and manners is one of the most important things. I don't even want to come back to store it's unacceptable that an employer being the assistant manager has those manners.
Let me tell you something about this place i spend about 1000 or more every year from this place my family shops there and I buy my steel toes there but one day they forgot to put the receipt in my bag and I need it bc my job refund me the money so I went back ask them to print me one out and the store managager some old lady told me it's going to take to much time to find that receipt but I told her i was here yesterday and it shouldn't take no time at all plus they weren't busy they were standing around talking and laughing. I felt like she did not try to help me at all so I waited for a week went there bought another pair and printed two receipt and gave one to my job and then I returned the product and I will never shop here again ever or any shoe carnival place. The staff was bad two years ago there was a guy forgot his name but he was in his 30 he was really nice and help out really friendly but I've not seen him since

When I originally came in everyone was very pleasant, I was in and out very quickly. I tried on one shoe in the store of each pair, when I got home I realized that the other shoe was sewn together strangely and didn't fit right. I went to return it with the receipt a week or so later. The general manager was there and gave me a hard time for not having the box with me. They were defective. After giving me a hard time he allowed me to return them for half of the price that I paid for them. This guy was rude and handled everything horribly. He wouldn't allow me to get cash for the shoes from my debit card, he barely allowed me to take my original receipt back. I can guarantee you I will never set foot in another shoe carnival.
