They have excellent customer service at this store. The salesperson was friendly and helpful, but not pushy. When they didn't have my size in the style I decided on, they were able to order it and have it shipped to my house for free. I had some trouble with my rewards points which the manager worked out right away. Great place to get your next pair of boots!
