Walked the entirely of the store 3 times, and I'm not exaggerating, before I was even able to find an associate on the floor. I would have been fine with that, however once I did find an associate they were of no help what so ever. Didnt seem like they could understand English very well either. Then when they tried to take me to someone that could have helped they weren't even in their zone. I said screw it and walked out. No since shopping in a place with no associates. God forbid someone can't find something they'd be SOL. Will probably be going to one of several alternatives in the area.
Found some of what we needed. Floral selection great. Diappointed in the wedding section. Cashiers were outspoken about AD being changed over.
This store is huge and has all your craft and decorating needs.
I love going into this hobby lobby they’re always so helpful. The store is very clean and organized. It’s close to All the other stores that you might need.
Store wasn't too busy, and when I got to the register, I was second in line. Cashier was struggling with a return for 15 minutes then the lines started to form. Did she call for backup...NO!! She kept puzzling over the return. They opened more registers and started taking customers behind me. I called the manager "Steve" twice and then he finally came to the front. He asked the cashier "What's going on?" She replied"Nothing"....Really???...So, I told him what was going on. He just stood there... Ridiculous... Won't be going back...Poor management.
