Me and my wife love American Home Sales & Lease. I've always been hesitant of lease ownership due to testimonies regarding other rental competitors. We decided to give American Home a try. They not only offered reasonable prices/payment plans for both the customer and company, but they exemplify excellent customer service from the delivery team to the office staff. Their team were also not very pushy and were very nice.
Do not shop here or allow anyone to put you down as a reference. The manager will harass you over a friend or family member's debt. They have stalked/messaged me on facebook...call me 24/7, email me and send mail to my home for someone elses debt(that never lived at my address)!!!!. I have to now get authorities involved because they refuse to stop calling me about someone elses account!!!! Staff is rude and intrusive.
HORRIBLE ' is how i describe it. They dont work with you on anything. Wanted to pay my funiture off early but they had 2 different payments the one on the receipt for ur early pay off day and the one that he had wrote down himself trying to make it seem like i owe way more then what was on the receipt (i got proof) PLEASE PLEASE do not come here and waste your hard working money!!! if you want to go anywhere go to Buddy's they work with u give you the BEST prices and not only that' they help you out regardless of the situations' they take the time out to make sure that your funiture is kept by you instead of being money hungry and over charging and trying to STEAL your funiture that you've been paying on diligently!!!!! Please dont waste your time ...
I have been a customer here since 2011 and to this day. It's a great store and has great products and prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They deliver and always on time! As soon as you walk into the store your greeted and helped. I would highly recommend American Home Sales & Lease if you're wanting something new for your home!
We've been blessed to pay off two purchases and will definitely continue to do business with them.
