I used to work here and I know the quality care provided. That being said, there are way better places to get reviews and survey reports from regulatory agencies which will give you a better picture of what happens here. Google review for food and shopping, this is too important to be open to this kind of review.
Some incompetent fool evaluated my family member in the hospital ER a few weeks ago and discharged him within a matter of a few hours as opposed to holding him on a 1013 court mandated 72 hr hold. To make matters worse, my affidavit never even made it out of the probate judge's office...End result...I found my family member dead in his home a week later!!! You all have blood on your hands!!!!!!!!!!! Which one of you MORONS evaluated my brother???!!! If your staff would quit sharing the names of the people who wrote the affidavits that accompany a 1013 so that the patients can be discharged and threaten their family members, perhaps my Brother might be alive today!!!!!!!!!!!
Not only did they forcibly hold my son down and inject him against his will with Atavan, everyday; they lied about his diet, his activities, etc. They are completely incompetent with a silver-spoon frat boy Director And Asst Director, who undeniably knew my son was being harmed, not helped in their so called "care"! Then they hid behind their Attorney, a man who pretended to be interested in helping my son but I discovered was part of their committee or city council. They lack any degree of integrity or knowledge, and especially a professional environment and staff! Not one Dr. EVER spoke with myself or my husband.
They are evil personified. I have witnesses.
They almost killed my son.
The intake "counselors" have zero credentials or education.
I will NEVER stop seeking justice!!@@
The Best place to be after a suside attempt. The staff is amazing and friendly. You meet with your doctor once a day. You see your therapist at least once a day. Every mental facility should be like Lauralwood. Food is better than cafeteria lunches. Everyone is super supportive and cares about the patients.
