Find another provider. We waited over two hours for my Son to be seen. Unprofessional Practice. Appointment times are disregarded. Evidentally understaffed and does not meet minimum expectation of services.
My counselor is great! And the staff has always been very helpful when I've had to reschedule any of my appointments.
they help who they want to help. ive gone by twice and got turned away. called them and they gave me different stories. one was 250.00 a session. two was 50.00 for both drug and mental health assessment. now its 288.00 for a mental health assessment. when i called not last night but the time before that they told me drug test is 50.00 but the mental health assessment is free.
They treat u like a burden the only thing they what to say to is you are depressed and have anger or you are adhd then and nothing wrong with u I waited there from the time they opened until they closed u don’t get to see a doctor only a councilor
