Had appointment there, made it hours before I actually needed to be there. So I get there, I'm waiting, then about 20 min. after the appointment time somebody decides to call the stylist to find out what's up. I'm sick she says. Don't think I'd be going out on a limb here by saying I didn't want to call in sick on a Friday night the day before Christmas. So I'd like to thank you for wasting several hours of my time waiting on you to call in sick. Not cool. Not only did you lose my business but hopefully anyone who reads this wants to know who they can count on to be there to do their job. And by extension this particular Ulta has lost whatever business I was giving them. I feel like they should have known before I got there what was up or at the very least found someone to cover the appointment. I am not happy, I am also not looking for a freebie. I'll be going elsewhere thank you. This appointment was for my wife. She just didn't want to waste anymore of her time on this.

This is the worst place to buy your makeup. They're so rude and follow you around and make you feel uncomfortable. I was stared down my entire visit and I felt uncomfortable and just walked out and went the extra miles to sephora in Buford. Later I gave this place another try and they still watched me and didn't even speak to me just watched like I was stealing or something and I said never again. I tried two times to visit this place and was very unhappy both times.
I had a horrible experience at this location. I went in and started browsing when I stopped to look at the Lancôme section. The makeup consultant for Lancôme came up and asked me and my friend if we were looking for anything in particular and I said how I had been searching for lipstick. And she proceeded to tell me that I had stopped in the most expensive makeup stall in the store (like I didn't know) and proceeded to tell me that she wasn't going to spend anytime helping me because she didn't think I would purchase anything because it was out of my price range, which I had mentioned nothing about. And during this whole conversation, she was very rude and condescending. And then when I went to the counter to find the manager, I found a very unfriendly, rude person with no customer service skills whatsoever who wasn't helpful in resolving the situation where I felt like I was mistreated as a customer l. Very disappointed in the customer service and would recommend that if you respect yourself that you don't continue to shop at this location.
Worst Ulta location I've ever been to. A shame b/c I used to love the one in Buford but this was my last attempt at the Gainesville store. Same thing every time. Multiple employees standing around. No one greets you as you walk in right past them, asks if you need help, or even glances at you when you leave. As always, I had to ask one of 4 employees as they walk by me for assistance.This one, whose clown make up should be an indication she is in the wrong profession, actually put her hand up to her ear, I assume she had an earpiece in, & kept right on walking. Unacceptable.
