Don't waste your money here
Do not go here!!! Went here and had my brows cosmetically done. The lady, Lilly, was inept and gave me black eyebrows that looked like someone took a Sharpie Marker & drew them on I was told and agree. Has taken several years to fade any. I told her I wanted my brows just a little darker brown. She said that after 2 weeks the brown would come out. ??? I asked her if she was going to wax my brows first which she did and then she told me that they don't usually wax the brows. She was supposed to be the expert. I should have ran out of there. They even have a graphic picture hanging on the wall of what to do and what not to do wrong; mine are everything wrong. I have to live with these brows and it's nothing to her. I called the owner to find out what brand pigments they used so I could get them corrected and he just kept saying "no, no, please".
Honestly the worst nails I've ever had. I came in for a fill in. My nails had the perfect shape when I got there. I told her I wanted them the same just filled. The poor lady had no training at all. I now have globs of acrylic on my nails. My nails are extremely short & very thick. The gel polish she used was old & clumpy. She really was trying but just didn't know what she was doing. I should of known better than to go to the mall to get my nails done. But oh well it's only 2 weeks.
Please do not support this business.I'm posting under my husband's account and this is the first review I have ever posted. I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully. The lady, who I believe is the shop owner, was having problems with her husband because he and her daughter left without saying goodbye to the shop owner. As my nails were being done the day before my wedding, she literally yelled at me and my mother saying that we should leave and come back when we knew what nails we wanted. She did this because I asked her to do an in between shape of nail between square and oval. I showed her three pictures showing the length and shape I wanted and she had agreed she could do it. I wasn't concerned because I had gotten then done many times in the same way by others. She ended up reducing my thumb's nail to a stump while leaving the rest of my nails long and then blamed it on me saying that I didn't know what I wanted- even though I had described and showed her pictures of the nails. She threw my hand down onto the desk when my nails were half done and she said that if I didn't like them I could leave because she didn't have time to start over on my thumb. Since it was the day before my wedding I had no choice but to stay. She proceeded to bad mouth me and my mom right in front of us in plain English and in another language to her coworker. We are respectful people and did not confront her, but she caused us the most uncomfortable and unwarranted distress on an event that should have been very merry- getting my nails done with my mother the day before my wedding.I understand having personal problems, but it is not acceptable and truly immature to then inflict hurt on others- especially your own customers! I ask you to please not support this business.
The gel manicure started to peel up after one week.
DONT GO HERE! The staff was rude except for the two men working there. I felt very uncomfortable. Got a pedicure with a scrub and it was the worst pedicure I've ever received. My feet are exactly the same as they were when I arrived. The nail polish came off the same day. For the price and what you get it's a complete waste of money!
Got gel nails manicure & a regular pedicure before I went on vacation. My big toe nails were cut slanted The next morning less then 24 hours later the gel on my ring finger was peeling up. So went back to get it fix or a refund. The manager was extremely rude, yelled at me in front everyone in the salon, I'm guessing because the language barrier he didn't not understand what I was trying to tell him and just accused me of being "money hungry". Also told me to "get out and don't come back". I was not rude when I confronted but he still felt the need to disrespect me in front of everyone in the salon
