Best Florist in the North Georgia area. The owner is very helpful and the designers are highly experienced. I have had many orders filled there and they have always exceeded my expectations. They always help you find the flowers and arrangements that best fit your needs. I highly recommend ordering your flowers for all occasions from Jacksons Flowerland.
Please do not buy here! This Florist Is horrible. I ordered a premium arrangement, full of pink roses and was surprised when the arrangement looked nothing like the picture. The arrangement was mostly green with flowers that was not in the original picture display online. THE FLOWERS WEREN'T EVEN OF EQUAL VALUE! When I called them to try and find some resolve, they were rude and hung up the phone several times. I ended up calling my credit card company and they issued a full refund because the flowers were that bad. Please don't buy here. *AND BECAUSE I KNOW THE CRAPPY AND RUDE ESTABLISHMENT WILL GET ON HERE AND DENY DENY DENY, I WILL POST PICTURES. OWNER CHEATED.
I love this florist. The arrangements I've ordered are always exactly what I ask for and more. I have dealt with everyone that works there and they all are super knowledgeable, helpful and so nice. I order from them all the time and you couldn't find a better florist than Jackson's Flowerland. If you are looking for a florist with experience, great customer service and work that goes above and beyond your expectations, call them, they are great!
This is the best florist in Gainesville. They have great customer service, experienced designers and a wonderful selection. I have used them several times and have always had a wonderful experience. Don't believe any of these negative reviews, the owner is top notch as well as are her employees. I would recommend this florist to anyone.

*I SEE THE OWNER RESPONDED. Let me say this, first I never talked to anyone from them for over 30 minutes. The people at this place hung up the phone when I expressed my concerns. several times. No VULGARITIES. My Grandmother, who was the recipient of the flowers told me personally that these flowers looked NOTHING like what was ordered. And I never agreed to any Substitution. Stop lying.
Lastly, This owner pointed out that it was a $45 arrangement. My response is what does that have to do with anything. If a premium arrangement at your establishment cost that much, don't give me crap because you feel that's not enough. Raise your prices. You priced it that way and posted a supporting photo of what you get for that price. Complete false advertisement. Again, I wouldn't advise anyone to buy with this place. Completely unprofessional and low quality.
