When I called to complain, the lady who answered the phone offered us to come down there and get fresh cupcakes, but neglected my complaint about the flowers. She insisted that their driver had been doing this for years and has always been good. When I tried to bring up the wilting flowers she hung up on my face.
The complaint I have, besides the wilting flowers, was that they were supposed to be delivered correctly on my wife's birthday, the one day I would want it done right. They didn't follow through and the customer service only attempted to reconcile after I made a negative review. Tomorrow is not my wife's birthday.

I had Babycakes deliver flowers to my wife for her birthday, or at least they were supposed to. The driver went to the wrong door, then left her flowers and cupcakes out in the heat. Her flowers were wilting by the time I got home, nearly an hour later.
Living out of town makes it difficult to order beautiful flower arrangements for a family member/ friend. I found BabyCakes on the web and looked at their website and decided to give them a try. Omgoodness, I am so truly happy that I did as I received a pic of the flowers plus the cupcakes that they said were delicious, they were everything they said they would be. This cute place has my business from now on!!!
I'm very dissatisfied by this customer service, and won't be ordering again.
On our wedding day, she was everywhere solving every problem and making everything perfect. At one point my mom's false lashes fell off ruining her makeup but Amy fixed it beautifully. My dress needed to be bustled and no one was around but came out of nowhere and did it for me. She even arranged for my husband and I to each have a signature cocktail and some hors d'oeuvres waiting for us right after the ceremony because she knew we'd want a few minutes alone. She had cupcakes delivered to the limo driver and up to our hotel room since we did not get to have any at the wedding. She stayed forever after the wedding with her team making sure every last item was packed up into my parent's van. I'm telling you there is nothing Amy did not do. As I mentioned earlier, my husband and I are not the easiest going people, but Amy always stayed patient and kind. She has truly become a friend and I cannot recommend her enough! The flowers were on another level!!!!! Simply amazing.
EDIT: They called me back, and insisted that the driver went to the correct door and that they rarely have problems in the last 30 years. The lady I spoke to offered to have new flowers delivered to my wife, which I accepted. She continued to insist that she did not hang up on me, citing her mother as a witness. I wanted to be done with it, and accepted the flowers for tomorrow.
This place is the best! I have been shopping here for years everything from anniversary flowers to my wedding. Recently I had the pleasure of hiring them for a catering event at my work, The food was superb tasted really great and the service was top notch. They even gave us fesh flowers for the table at the event. You will not be disappointed no matter what you hire this great team for.
I love Resia. She's the best simple as that. My husband and I live in Florida but our wedding was in Braselton Ga at Chateau Elan so we knew we needed some serious help. We interviewed several planners & florists, but we both just clicked really well with Resia. Her laid back personality balanced out our high strung personalities.
