Especially when a guy came in after her got his oil change done before they even brought her car in the bays. SMH
The only positive is that I do at least seem to trust the work is done correctly.
Under staffed and wait is always ridiculous 1-2 hours for a simple oil change. Making appointments doesn't help expedite the process. You are treated the same as a walk in. If you are prepared to waste a good portion of your day for something that should only take 30mins tops then this is the place for you.
I see that there's plenty of bad reviews, I did mention that to them when I had a warranty issue with two of my tires. So.... They completely came through for me... Signed some paperwork and they slapped two new tires on.. Michelin defenders... 159.00 dollar tires.. they did me good..
I had tires installed and an alignment done. Great service and a fantastic job. Thanks.
I witnessed a woman sit around and wait with a baby for over an 1 1/2 just to get a tire plugged. There was only one other vechile ahead of her getting an Oil change. No excuse for that.
I made a huge mistake! I always take my SUV to the dealership to have it serviced with my own oil and filter. I rolled the dice out of convenience by letting this service center change my oil. As my son and I were walking in through the service bay to the customer service kiosk we overheard two employees arguing over a customer's request to check the alignment on his car which he had aligned that morning. The mechanic insisted the alignment was accurate, his co worker instructed him to drive it around the parking lot and come back and tell the customer it checked out ok. My son looked at me and said, "dad don't let them touch your truck." He was right but I compromised for convenience sake. While we were waiting to get helped a woman ahead of us was returning from getting 4 new tires the day before and was telling them there is a loud howling sound coming from the rear of her car now with the new tires - she was told that was because her struts are bad and need to be replace of which she was getting a quote. Convenience once again overrode my common sense, Oil and filter changed I park my SUV in my driveway and for the first time in it's existence there is pool of oil on my driveway. I called Sears and they invited me back immediately to correct the problem - I went back to the dealership instead to have them clean up behind Sears.
The service was good but I got my car aligned and it still pulls to the right.
The only reason I come here is to bring my work vechile here as it is the only place cerrtified through the lease in Gainesville.
