I won't be returning here. I don't trust their mechanic. The people who run the shop seem alright, but I'd rather go to another mechanic who comes highly recommended.

Bill is awesome. I brought my Mustang in because it was stalling out on me and it turned out that it was the throttle body. Instead of charging me for a whole new throttle body, he searched for, and found a replacement part which was way less expensive. These people are trustworthy and I would recommend them to anybody.
I went to this mechanic based on the 5 star rating. I originally went in to get my motor mounts replaced; they said the motor mounts were just fine (when I knew for a fact they were not). Instead, they told me my brake pads were nonexistent- so I got those changed.
I have 100% confidence in their mechanic, Bill Taylor. I recently brought my 2012 Kia to him for service. Not only did he complete the repair at a great price, but advised me that another repair was not necessary at this time. Bill has worked on every vehicle I've owned and I've always felt safe and confident with his work.
I went back to get a totally different issue seen about. I had a whole bunch of stuff replaced, at a massive markup (charged $400 for parts I could have got for $50), and the problem wasn't fixed. Come to find out, my battery needed replacing which they did not mention at all (and in fact, on my first visit, said my battery was perfect). Not only this, but it was suggested my motor mounts be replaced and perhaps it was time to buy a new car - my car is fine.
Transmission overheated going through the mountains. This guy told me I needed a new transmission. Could not even flush it or it would not leave the shop. Took it to Ford garage who said it was in good mechanical shape and flushed it.
