We go here AT LEAST 4-5 times a month a d the last time I went I ordered 2 meals and asked for ONE Ranch sauce and was told I had to pay for it, That the only thing he could give me is hot sauce or honey! I gave him the food back, got my money back and left! I won't be going back!!!
The food was good the service was Meeehh. It's fast food, I guess you really can't expect five star service. I love their chicken and biscuits and the shrimp is good as well. Not sure what they put in those mashed potatoes and gravy but it's addictive.
The food is good. We come about once a week but it was freezing in there. We asked them if they could cut the air down but they said it is controlled by management and they were "up north". WHAT!!!!!!!! SO wear your coat, gloves and hats if you plan to eat inside. Everyone who came in ask them to adjust the air... no deal.
Will not eat there again. Seating area was dirty. Tables were not wiped despite the restaurant being empty. The chicken we were served had been sitting under a heat lamp long enough to dry it out. The chicken was extremely salty. Stood at the counter for five minutes after the our meal was set out before I could get anyone's attention to ask for the Buffalo sauce I had ordered but not received. Halfway through our meal, a customer came in with a dog in a stroller that was obviously not a service animal and brought it into the dining area. Management did nothing about this unsanitaryness in the dining area.
Terrific hospitality. Great Southern hospitality from the manager Nana and new cashier Ruben. Jazzy Louisiana music, spicey chicken and cajun fries are the best. Sweet tea just makes it all feel complete southern goodness.
