My Pizza Dough was too soggy. Not sure if it was it was not cooked well, or because the sauce was too runny making it look as it was undercooked.
Papa John's Pizza Sauce is too sweet.
I am sure that the soggy dough is a specific this is store and perhaps even something that does not happen all the time but the better quality control could have remedied that but extremely sweet pizza sauce that they use is just something I cannot tolerate so I won't be able to do a follow-up review as I would not be going back to Papa John's.
Always great food made hot and fresh. Never have to wait very long to.pick it up.or have it delivered. I have read some pretty nasty reviews about this place but personally have always had great service from a very helpful and friendly staff.
Sugar is the overwhelming taste.
Employees needs to get their heads out of the clouds ordered pizza two days in a row and can't get it right however on the bright side it seems the general manager is trying to make things right sending me a free pie and refunding my money for both Screwup's…
Pizza is always fresh, but Papa John's always seems to be more expensive than Domino's. They send out lots of email coupons but it almost isn't worth the hassle for it to just to be brought down to the price that Domino's is normally.
Worst customer service! Worst papa John ever! Wonder of this location is racist...???? Or maybe the staff working today...????
We usual have them deliver.. they ALWAYS under cook my pizza even after confirming with person on the phone to make sure it's Well Done! and we have to send back and wait another hour for the correct cooked pizza! So on my way home today I order a pick-up.. walk in and get the strangest nastiest stare from the guy making pizza (maybe bcuz I'm a really big Black man with a long beard) the lady from the kitchen walks up and gives me the same nasty look! I tell her I'm here to pick up and tell her the name, she says don't have an order for that name! I tell her we just called u like 20 mins ago... so I walk out to my truck and ask my wife did she put it under a different name?! says no! I walk back in, ask the lady to double check and she's says oh'yea I do have that name but I can NOT take a $100 bill..! I say that's strange bcuz I don't see no sign saying that! I go over to krogers and break the bill and I come back with change.. Ask her why is it no sign so customers will know and nothing online stating that ALL customers must bring small bills..? She says well I sometime take large bills but I'm not going to right now!!! Whaaat?!?! I say ok well I own a business and wouldn't appreciate if my staff told a regular customer or any customer that! she says is there anything else I can help u with?! I say no, take my pizza and walk out.. Only got the pizza bcuz my kids wanted it so bad but this location will NOT see another penny of my money and EVERY time I get the chance I will encourage ppl to eat else where!
