Great service
My husband and I visited this store on 5/31/16. We walked in and immediately heard yelling and cursing. We couldn't find any associates in the store. Finally we realized it was the store associate who was laying on a mattress in the far corner and yelling on the phone to his mom. To top it off, there was another woman laying next to him. Neither one ever acknowledged us. We stayed and walked around for 5-10 minutes and finally decided to leave. Would like to have the manager contact us, unless that man was the manager - in which case we would take our business somewhere else.
Bought a queen size bed from these people in March of 2017 and everything was perfect. Needed a replacement for another home and they couldn't deliver till 6 days later. I agreed. Then they advised me that they couldn't deliver for 13 days because of taking inventory or something. Also, could not get back to the original salesman. Good product but I think their sales/delivery is wanting. I found exactly what I wanted at a competitor two blocks away and they could deliver next day! Same price, too!
Great buying experience!! I was treated with the upmost respect as soon as I walk through the door. I have been mattress shopping on and off for a month and glad I finally stopped here. John C. walked me around the show room explaining to me the ins and outs between the different mattresses. Let's be honest most of us really don't study up on mattresses until it comes time to buy one. With that said he was a great info tool to helping me understand what would work for my family and what wouldn't.
