When I called a lady answered I told her I was trying to speak with someone to find out my daughters rights she let's out a long okay sounding annoyed I then proceeded to tell her a little bit about what happened same response a long okay sounding annoyed followed by complete silence. So after about a minute of silence I said OK obviously your not going to be of any help and hung up. I highly suggest you look else where!!!!
