Great little Dry Cleaner. I have a King size Linen comforter that is on the higher end, quality wise. I took it to several dry cleaners in the area. I was quoted prices that mostly ranged for $40-$50. A number of the Dry Cleaner services in the downtown Gainesville area either would not take it or did not have the capability of cleaning it. The ones that would were giving me time tables that were no less the 3 days. Bells not only were glad to service my comforter, they were able service it by the next afternoon and only charged me $22. Super friendly staff and from what I observed, it appeared to be American Owned. I got it back Good as New and with a Super Fresh Smell. Highly recommend this location for your King Sized Comforter Cleaning, or any bedding that exceeds your current wash/dry capacity. Very Fair Pricing and Very Good Work.
Stacy is the best Ever with Customer Service! She handles my cleaning with excellent care! Because of allergies, Stacy makes sure that strong chemicals are not part of my clothes cleaning. She is well versed on the dry cleaning business and is a fantastic asset!
So helpful! I walked in late morning with a dress that needed same day cleaning for a wedding. I had been to almost all of the cleaners in town, and understandably they could not accomodate so late in the day. The owner of Bells came out to see what I had and agreed to help. I was thrilled! She was so helpful, understood the bind i was in and had the dress cleaned in an hour. Thank you Bell's!
Today, I went in to pick up my wash and fold and the new owner provided me with not only superior customer service, but a brand new bag to tote my clothes back and forth. I've been going to Bell's since 1996 and am happy to see Ned Gignilliat's legacy living on with the new ownership! Highly recommend!
