AMAZING customer service! I stopped in here the other day for a push broom, walked in, the boy at the desk asked if I needed anything, I told him a broom, he took me right to them and showed me the differences between them. I choose one and he carried it to the register for me, asked if I needed anything else, gave me a 1st time shoppers discount and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. I WILL be back!
This place is awesome! My wife and I discovered this place back in November and I was just in shock of how nice this store is and what they have to offer. Every worker is completely friendly and knowledgeable. Brian is the best and always enjoy having conversations with him. I met him when I was on the hunt for a good deal on a Big Green Egg. I had been all over Gainesville and he gave me an awesome deal on my large egg and all the accessories. If I have a problem with the product you can simply bring it back. I also think its great that they carry Fromm dog food, which is one of the top rated dog food you can buy. So glad we have a place like this around with everything you can think of.
Good inventory, nice upscale items, but it continues to baffle me their approach to the customer. The owner attitude sets the stage and his employees copy it. They act like they are doing you a favor by just being in business. Yes, it can be convenient, but when I pay the bill I am also paying for that convenience, so please show some "we're glad you're here."
