I love this place !!!! I had previously dealt with Aaron's and they were horrible. The day your payment is due, before you can even get out of bed to go make your payment they are calling and harassing you and all your references. First American rental is totally different. They are so sweet and only care about making you happy and giving you want you want and will be happy with. They don't push you to buy anything just because It's expensive and will give them the most commission. Even if your going to be a couple of days late they don't harass you. As long as you call them they don't give you an attitude or anything. I love this place. Even if you don't live in the gainsville area you can call and make payments over the phone with a debit card which is awesome !!!!! Defiantly go here next time, you will save money and stress !!!!!
