Ever heard of the soup Nazi? This 65yr old white hair manager is close to the same. I respect the fact he has to manage and deal w/ people everyday... but it's not our fault he hates his job. Next time you want to be rude at 2am... please talk to your wife.
This is the best of the corp of engineer campgrounds on Lake Lanier. Every campsite is on the water. It's beautiful!
I love this place. Only wish the water level was higher, but you can't hold that against them!
My family loved this park. We camped out in our tent 7/14-7/16 fri-sun. $20 a night for primitive camping, which means no water or electric hookups. They do offer sites with these options. Tent or camper sites. Which was not bad at all. Water and bathhouse was within walking distance. We will camp here again.

The Manager wrongly accused us of shooting off fireworks around midnight. He intruded in our campsite and began accusing my sister of many things, this is all while cursing. I had enough and asked him to leave. I will never return to this place.
Called about 845pm to see if any sites were available..was told sites available but that they were closing at 9PM...we couldn't be there until about 910PM..the camp host said to come and he would stay until we got there. He was very helpful, even helped my husband park the RV as it was dark when we got there. He went above and beyond the call of duty.
