Prices here cannot be beat by fast food chains. It helps that the food is amazing, the servers friendly, and the service Southernly sweet. The atmosphere is not your average American food joint, but more like a huge family style dinner with all the fixings. My husband had the country fried steak, sweet potato casserole and classic mac n cheese: he was in food heaven, and he is a food snob. I had a double cheeseburger so big I couldn't eat it without a knife and fork, and how they managed to keep it juicy but also cook it well done is normally only done by the finest of cooks at upscale burger joints. This mom and pop shop is a one stop shop for delicious food, at an unbeatable price. Skip the big chains and stop here for great food.
I simply love Rabbittown. The breakfast is wonderful. The lunches and dinner are excellent as well. You cannot beat amount of food you get to the price. For example, tonight for $9.00, I got 6 chicken tenders, full sides of fried okra, rice and gravy, and mac and cheese. I also got a cathead biscuit, a piece of red velvet cake, abd a drink. That amount of good food for that price is unbeatable.
Husband and I ate there today and it was very good. Food was seasoned well and prices were reasonable. I would recommend.
I love Rabbitown Cafe. Weve been eating there 18 years. Peach cobbler is the best. The owner Ami is the sweetest person ever.
Great place for breakfast or lunch and the prices are really good. Good portions as well. Nothin' fancy but clean and a very relaxed, casual atmosphere.
