This is only the second review I’ve ever done if that says anything. I’ve got to say that this place has the best service I’ve ever experienced from a bike shop. I’ve been mountain biking for years and have worked with all the local Atlanta and metro shops for various things but hands down Biketown was the best. Trent was super helpful and was a truly just a great guy. Sometimes you walk in a bike shop and the service folks aren’t too stoked to chat with you. This was quite the opposite with Trent. Not only that, they were incredibly quick with what I needed done, a full suspension build from the ground up. I recently had my frame painted and therefor had to break the bike down completely. I was worried the new pint might effect some of the bearing locations. Trent took the time to file a few spots where the bearings are seated to make sure it was perfect and that there was absolutely no noise at all. Truly great service and friendly staff, I’d recommend to anyone. I happily drove 30 extra minutes for their outstanding job. Thanks again guys! See you for the next project!

Best bike shop in Gainesville! No questions asked. Trent and Tom (along with the rest of their expertly trained staff) do an amazing job at Bike Town USA. If you have a question, they'll know the answer. If you need bike repair, they'll have you in and out. If you need a part or new bike, it's there. And all at very reasonable prices. I have always received 5 star customer service. I've been a customer of Bike Town for several years now. The shop caters to a every variety of rider and the intel behind the counter is unmatched in this area. The staff always takes the time to make sure that guests are informed and given aid on how to keep the bike in top condition themselves. The staff at Bike Town USA are truly invested in quality customer care and you can see that just through one visit. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the biking community.
The store has a great selection of bikes and accessories and is ran by very friendly, very helpful, and very knowledgeable people. Trent was very helpful with my purchase of my new Trek bike today. All around great experience. Glad to have Bike Town USA as my local bike store.
